When a lot of people think of Alaska they immediately think of King Salmon. But guess what? Homer is home to halibut and they’re pretty proud of it. And while salmon recipes abound, halibut recipes come in a little fewer and farther between. So, in the spirit of Homer’s claim to fame we include one of our favorite halibut recipes for you to enjoy Halibut with Perfect Peach Salsa.
